Banjo Stanton is a Sydney based solicitor who specialises in resolving construction, insurance and strata disputes. He has particularly strong expertise in the constantly evolving area of building defect claims under the Home Building Act warranties and home warranty insurance.

Before starting Stanton Legal, Banjo spent many years working in some of Sydney’s leading insurance law practices primarily acting for insurers in building and professional negligence disputes. He then joined one of Sydney’s most prominent specialist strata law firms where he led the construction and insurance teams while mainly acting for owners corporations.

Banjo believes that when someone retains a lawyer, they deserve expert, efficient and personal service. He does things differently by being a specialist who does all the work himself and only acting in a limited number of matters at once.
