Membership
You agree that once you are a financial member you are then permitted access to the exclusive content and services of the member only website areas, known as the Member Portal, for the duration of that paid membership, generally 12 months from payment date.
As a member you agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorise any third party to use the exclusive member only content or services on the Member Portal, unless that party is a current scheme representative of your scheme membership. Limited to 2 representatives per scheme membership.
You agree that membership fees once paid will default to an auto-renewal process, unless you specifically select the “do not auto renew” option provided when becoming a member. This default is to limit the additional administration costs required to follow up the anniversary of your membership renewal and provide you with a more streamlined continuity of membership. At any time, you may request this auto-renewal to be turned off.
You agree that once you have paid your membership fee, whether a new membership subscription, or an automated renewal subscription, or otherwise, those fees are non-refundable. Requests to have your membership cancelled will be acted upon by terminating your Member Portal access if requested, without any refund or partial refund available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and login details and for all activities carried out under your password and login.
