• 2-hour face-to-face strata committee governance review and feedback on by-laws
or
• For self-managed schemes, a compliance review of digital strata records.
Prior Strata will also take out a 2-year OCN Membership for new clients signing up to their Strata Management services for
one of the committee members or subsidise to the same value a scheme membership for that Strata Plan.
