Supporting strata owners in the Northern Territory
The OCN’s Northern Territory Branch Subcommittee (OCN-NT), was established April 2026, under the National OCN constitution.
- Over 29,000 NT residents live in strata properties
- NT strata property value is $9.7 Billion
Our NT Branch Subcommittee has been established with the support of volunteers Julie and David. The Subcommittee is focused on:
- Peer Support for investors and home owners in body corporate environments.
Policy Development and - Regulatory Reform. Some NT body corporate legislation is over 40 years old. We will advocate for fit for purpose legislation.
- Membership growth -Lobbing power lies in membership numbers. Help us make change.
